    Check in was as good as I could have hoped for. Staff were quite hospitable and the service was as expected for my first stay. Plenty of guests at check in, but I was served quite quickly and efficiently.

    Shower / Towels

    9/10

    We technically have new best in the City. If you want to treat yourself to a soul cleansing shower look no further than this spa suite. Towels could use an upgrade.

    Bathroom Lighting

    Meh.

    Room Layout

    All they had left for Kings was the spa suites. So yes, this is the nicest room I have stayed in around Milwaukee. However, this spa suite came with no spa services. Frowny Face.

    10.7 Mbps Down / 8.7 Mbps Up. Abstruse and time consuming sign up.

    Hotel has a nice shape to it. But the parking situation could be way better.
